If you're a current Hulu subscriber and recently signed up for the 7-day free trial of Hulu with Live TV, or a 30-day trial of live TV Add-ons like Unlimited Screens or Enhanced Cloud DVR, you will potentially see multiple charges on your account for the month in which you signed up for the trial. The second charge is associated with the free trial ending and is a prorated amount of the total monthly charge for that plan or Add-on. Your regular billing date has not changed. Once your trial is over, your monthly bill will reflect the total charges for the plan and Add-ons you're using on your account and you will be charged on your regular billing date. If you're seeing multiple charges during your regular billing cycle, then it may be possible that you have two separate subscriptions with Hulu under different email addresses. See our article on locating your secondary account for help.
We'll be publishing the latest Nintendo Switch release notes right here. Come back often to check out what’s new and what has been fixed. Make sure you have our latest app to see all these changes. v1.14 Release date: November 15th • Improvement: We went bold! Typography throughout the app had an increase in weight to improve readability. It turns even bolder to indicate a selection. We also adjusted some padding and eliminated episode descriptions from search results so you don’t have to deal with all that text on your screen. • Improvement: This change is in direct response to your feedback. We learned that it wasn't easy to catch up with captions on live events like sports. To fix that, now they will be left aligned so that they appear to come in across the screen from left to right instead of starting at the center and spreading outwards word by word. • Improvement: We also heard that our default captions were hard to read, so we switched to a bolder font and made our default scheme white on black. However, you can still change them to whatever style works better for you.

Whether it’s an improvement to our user interface or a new show you want to be added to our streaming library, we want to hear your thoughts. We believe that listening to our viewers is an indispensable part of building a better Hulu for everyone. You can head to the Hulu Community to vote on existing suggestions – or, if you don't see your idea there already, create your own! Submission tips We want your voice to be heard by key decision makers across Hulu. You can make your feedback more effective by focusing each new post on a single suggestion that we can act upon. That way, when we pass along your idea to other teams at Hulu, they’re able to see exactly what change you want and how passionate people are about it. Even if you’re mad about something – that’s okay. Help us help you by articulating what’s causing the frustration and what we can do about it. If it’s more than one idea – create more than one post! Community guidelines We’ll be actively moderating the Community in order to ensure that your ideas are being delivered to teams across Hulu as effectively and productively as possible. In order to accurately gauge the amount of interest in each idea, we’ll merge similar suggestions into one central thread and combine their vote totals. Moderators may remove posts that violate our Terms of Service by, among other things, including vulgarity, threats, or inappropriate messages directed towards Hulu employees.
