You want to improve your Hulu experience? What a coincidence – so do we! Whether it’s an improvement to our user interface or a new show you want to be added to our streaming library, we want to hear your thoughts. We believe that listening to our viewers is an indispensable part of building a better Hulu for everyone. You can head to the Hulu Community to vote on existing suggestions – or, if you don't see your idea there already, create your own! Submission tips We want your voice to be heard by key decision makers across Hulu. You can make your feedback more effective by focusing each new post on a single suggestion that we can act upon. That way, when we pass along your idea to other teams at Hulu, they’re able to see exactly what change you want and how passionate people are about it. Even if you’re mad about something – that’s okay. Help us help you by articulating what’s causing the frustration and what we can do about it. If it’s more than one idea – create more than one post! Community guidelines We’ll be actively moderating the Community in order to ensure that your ideas are being delivered to teams across Hulu as effectively and productively as possible. In order to accurately gauge the amount of interest in each idea, we’ll merge similar suggestions into one central thread and combine their vote totals. Moderators may remove posts that violate our Terms of Service by, among other things, including vulgarity, threats, or inappropriate messages directed towards Hulu employees. Thanks for understanding these guidelines and helping to contribute to the conversation to redefine TV.

To delete recordings, go to the Manage DVR category in My Stuff and select the (-) next to the item you want to remove. Since episodes, movies, and sporting events are recorded to Cloud DVR on an individual basis, everything must be deleted individually. THE FOLLOWING RECORDING RULES WILL HELP YOU MANAGE YOUR CLOUD DVR RECORDINGS: • If you (+) an episode, we will record that episode • If you (+) a current-season show, we will record new episodes only (not re-runs) • If you (+) a game, we will record that game • If you (+) a team, we will record original airings of all current season games • If you (+) a network, it will be added to My Stuff (but not create recordings) • If you (+) a non-current show, it will be added to My Stuff (but not create recordings) • If you (+) a game or episode that is blacked out, it will not record (Learn more about blackouts)

Hello Friends We want to make it easy for you to find and enjoy the best TV and movies on your supported devices and always provide a seamless browsing experience. On the classic Hulu experience, there are different sections that will help you get to the most relevant videos for you to watch right now. Here's a quick guide to know what these sections are all about and where to find them: GENRES Navigate to the TV or Movies section from the main page of the Hulu app to access Genres. When you're browsing Hulu, the Genres section can offer a great way to narrow down what types of content you're interested in watching. From Comedy to Documentaries to Sci-Fi, Genres is a great alternative to browsing an alphabetical listing of content. NETWORKS Navigate to the TV section from the main page of the Hulu app to access Networks. If you've found a network that features shows you tend to like, you can use the Networks section when browsing Hulu to find shows and other videos from a particular TV network. POPULAR Popular shows, movies, and networks are featured as individual sections on the main landing page of Hulu, along with clicking on either the TV or Movies tile. Popular content is a great way to find what others are watching. The ability to filter through shows, episodes and clips will get you more quickly to something that best suits your taste. NEW You can find the latest selection of our content listed under New in both the TV and Movies sections. Because we're always adding so many new shows, episodes, and movies, sometimes New is the best way to find something to watch. SEARCH Search for a specific title by toggling over to the search bar in the top right corner. Navigate to the search bar and press the OK or Select option on your remote to pull up the on-screen keyboard (or type in directly on the search bar if you are on Hulu.com), and enter the desired search terms. Results will populate below as you type. SPOTLIGHT This section features curated collections of movies and shows that have a topic in common. A decade-defining list of series and movies from the 80's, a collection of movies and shows that tell stories through music, or a chilling horror compilation, are some examples of the collections you can find under the Spotlight tile. WATCHLIST From the main screen of the Hulu application, you will find your Watchlist hub under the top scrolling promotional images. Watchlist makes it easy to keep track of all the shows and movies you’re watching on Hulu without you needing to do anything.

If the results of this test match up with your results from speedof.me as well as Hulu's requirements, then here are some additional, device-specific steps for your PlayStation 4 that may help: • Reset the system time and date of your PS4: In the XMB, go to Settings > Date and Time > Date and Time Settings > Set via Internet > Set Now (if not already on "Set Automatically") • Delete the Hulu application: Highlight the application, press the triangle button and select Delete. Then re-download the application from the PlayStation Store
If you're running into a licensing error message, try these steps: • Go to Settings > PSN > Activate as your primary PS4 • Then from the PSN menu select Restore Licenses
